1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard delivery across Pakistan. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee: [Flat Rs. 200 / Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 3,000].

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during promotional sales, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen weather/logistical disruptions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for all major cities across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you provide an active mobile number and accurate address at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

  • For COD orders, please pay the exact amount to the courier rider upon receiving your package.

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your parcel's status directly through the courier partner's tracking portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 24 hours at lunvex47@gmail.com.

  • We will investigate with the courier company and arrange a replacement or solution for you.
